Seasonal Feeds: We are currently making Fall & Wineter Feeds for poultry, hogs, dairy cows, goats as well as sheep.
Fall Feed Options primarily include high protein layer feed, high protein turkey feed and hog feed. In the Spring feed we will start making our chick starter and broiler mixtures with higher protein and high energy as well as our Hen Layer mix, hog grower, dairy cow/4H steer chop mix, sheep and goat mix. For new chicks we mill the feed grains through a finer mesh screen and add fish meal and powdered alfalfa for the extra protein and amino acids. This helps birds use less energy digesting whole grains so that you can slowly transition them to more whole grains. Our broiler mixture is a medium/coarse grind of organic grains with added fish meal for the protein needed for growing birds, and our layer ration is coarser with higher percentage whole grains to help their gizzards grow and develop better feed efficiency, which helps them use their energy for maintaining egg production and overall health.
Fish Meal Additive: We have the option of adding wild caught fish meal to your poultry rations to increased protein. We recommend this throughout the winter unless you have another source of high quality protein to offer your birds. It's also great to help layers get through molt (or avoid it all together!) and increase laying production.

Complete Feeds are available in 30 kg poly sacks, bulk tote bags from 300kg up to 900kg per tote or you can fill your own containers.

​We offer custom feed blends as well as our standard feed blends in small batches and have the ability to mill grains to various consistencies from fine powers to course cracked grains based on customer preferences. We use a hammer mill with various screen sizes to suit your needs. Over 90% of our feed ingredients come directly from our farm whereby all of our crops are certified organic and regeneratively grown.

Minerals
​We use Fertrell minerals because of the high quality and well balanced vitamins and minerals they offer to livestock. Minerals available include: Hog/Swine, Poultry, Sheep & Goat
Mineral products from Fertrell are added in all blends unless it is requested to exclude

Want more protein in your feed?
Boosting protein in your feed helps your new chicks and broilers grow and thrive and helps your layers keep laying throughout the winter months. Our broiler and starter feed as well as our winter layer feed includes fish meal.
For additional protein in your layer feed we can add fish meal at 5% of total ration for an additional $0.20/kg charge.
